Location:

We locate all leased garden spots in easily assessable locations where a standard over the road vehicle can drive to the plot and load or unload equipment, tools, and individuals within 10ft of the garden.

 

Costs:

We lease all garden plots by the square foot. The standard charge for a garden plot is $2.00 per square foot per growth season year (March to November 1st) and includes reasonable watering not to exceed 1 hour per day.

 

Liabilities:

All individuals are liable for their actions as well as their guests and must sign a financial liability agreement and contract that clearly outlines conduct, access, terms of usage, and injury.

 

Watering:

We provide ground water to each plot for one hour per day. Usage can be manual or automated.

 

Access:

All individuals granted access to property dawn to dusk.

 

Tools:

You must bring your own tools.

 

Chemicals:

Absolutely no chemicals, nitrates, treatments, or spays of any kind may be used or brought onto property.
