We Lease Garden Plots
We lease garden spaces to individuals and families who would love to have a garden but do not have the space.Over the years, we have repeatedly heard produce consumers visiting the farm say, “I wish that I had a garden but I don’t have the space, experience, or time”. So we offer small garden spaces for gardeners and give them assistance in growing a dream.We Lease Plots from May 1st to December 1st by the square foot, to individuals who sign the required releases, comply with the rules, and respect our property.
100 sq ft for a year $200.00 plus basics
200 sq ft for a year $400.00 plus basics
400 sq ft for a year $800.00 plus basics
1000 sq ft for a year $2,000.00 plus basics
5000 sq ft for a year $10,000.00 plus basics
Basics is a 10% charge held until all of the paperwork, liability releases, and terms of usage are completed and signed as well as conformation that hoses, timers, and efficient water distribution systems are obtained. Once all of the above is confirmed the 10% "Basics" fee charged is returned in full.
